This might include deep research into pricing and positioning decisions, testing the viability of new products, assessing structural change, redesigning services, planning roadmaps, diagnosing operational issues, scoping digital tools or deciding whether to outsource, hire or automate.

Consults: Billed in advance to secure booking.

Fixed-Fee Projects: 50% payable upfront, 50% on completion (or staged payments for larger projects).
